New global CEO at Ipsos Interactive Services

Paris-based Ipsos has appointed Judith Passingham to the position of global chief executive officer of Ipsos Interactive Services, the company's online research division. She will join the company on Jan. 2. Passingham was most recently CEO of TNS Northern Europe. Prior to that, she was CEO of Worldpanel.
